The purpose of these General Sales Conditions (GSC) is to define the conditions under which ALEM QUENTIN under which ALEM QUENTIN markets, via its website, chauffeur-driven transportation and related services.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via the website, by customers or professional customers.
They do not apply to bookings made via third-party platforms or partner applications. which have their own contractual conditions.

Reservations can only be made via the website. All reservations imply acceptance of these terms and conditions.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to to passenger transport services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.
Cancellations are free, as long as the customer shows up before the scheduled time of the scheduled time.
If the customer fails to arrive at the agreed time and place, no refund will be given, the service is considered due.
ALEM QUENTIN is subject to an obligation of means.
It cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control (weather conditions, traffic, exceptional events, force majeure).
Dangerous, aggressive or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
The personal data collected is used solely to manage reservations and in accordance in accordance with current data protection regulations.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
