Article 2 - Purpose<\/h2>\n

\n The purpose of these General Sales Conditions (GSC) is to define the conditions under which ALEM QUENTIN\n under which ALEM QUENTIN markets, via its website, chauffeur-driven transportation\n and related services.\n <\/p>\n\n

Article 3 - Scope of application<\/h2>\n

\n These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via the website, by customers\n or professional customers.\n <\/p>\n

\n They do not apply to bookings made via third-party platforms or partner applications.\n which have their own contractual conditions.\n <\/p>\n\n

Article 4 - Services offered<\/h2>\n

The services offered on the site include<\/p>\n

  • Provision of a chauffeur-driven vehicle (hourly rate)<\/li>\n
  • Package tours<\/li>\n
  • Event services (weddings, family or private events)<\/li>\n
  • Optional ancillary services (vehicle decoration, provision of a bottle of champagne, specific options)<\/li>\n
  • Subscription-based partnership services<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    \n The essential characteristics of each service are presented on the site.\n <\/p>\n\n

    Article 5 - Booking<\/h2>\n

    \n Reservations can only be made via the website. All reservations imply acceptance\n of these terms and conditions.\n <\/p>\n

    \n The company reserves the right to refuse any booking that is manifestly inconsistent or contrary to\n regulations in force.\n <\/p>\n\n

    Article 6 - Rates<\/h2>\n

    \n Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes.\n <\/p>\n

    \n The applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking.\n Additional services or options are subject to additional invoicing clearly indicated\n before validation.\n <\/p>\n\n

    Article 7 - Payment terms<\/h2>\n

    Payment is by :<\/p>\n

      • availability<\/li>\n
      • partnership subscriptions<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n
      • On board the vehicle<\/strong>, when this option is offered<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

        Means of payment accepted :<\/p>\n

        • Credit card<\/li>\n
        • Species<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

          \n All services must be paid for in full.\n <\/p>\n\n

          Article 8 - Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

          \n In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to\n to passenger transport services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.\n <\/p>\n\n

          Article 9 - Cancellation and absence of the customer<\/h2>\n

          9.1 Cancellation<\/h3>\n

          \n Cancellations are free<\/strong>, as long as the customer shows up before the scheduled time of\n the scheduled time.\n <\/p>\n\n

          9.2 Customer's absence (no-show)<\/h3>\n

          \n If the customer fails to arrive at the agreed time and place, no refund will be given<\/strong>,\n the service is considered due.\n <\/p>\n\n

          Article 10 - Geographical area of services<\/h2>\n

          • Sightseeing tours: Lorraine and Alsace<\/li>\n
          • Available in Nancy and surrounding areas<\/li>\n
          • Other services: subject to conditions specified at time of booking<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

            Article 11 - Liability<\/h2>\n

            \n ALEM QUENTIN is subject to an obligation of means.\n <\/p>\n

            \n It cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control\n (weather conditions, traffic, exceptional events, force majeure).\n <\/p>\n\n

            Article 12 - Customer behaviour<\/h2>\n

            \n Dangerous, aggressive or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of the service\n without refund.\n <\/p>\n\n

            Article 13 - Personal data<\/h2>\n

            \n The personal data collected is used solely to manage reservations and in accordance\n in accordance with current data protection regulations.\n <\/p>\n\n

            Article 14 - Disputes and applicable law<\/h2>\n

            \n These terms and conditions are governed by French law.\n <\/p>\n

            \n In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.\n Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.\n <\/p>\n\n

            Article 15 - Acceptance of the GCS<\/h2>\n
